Everything you need to get the most out of the ARP Navigator. Last updated June 2026.
What is the Navigator?
The Navigator is a calm, conversational AI built for parents of neurodivergent kids. You tell it what's going on — in your own words — and it asks gentle follow-ups, remembers what you've shared, and builds a personalized roadmap from the ARP library (podcast, articles, providers, and the marketplace).
How to use the chat
- Just start typing. No forms. No checklists.
- Share your child's age, state, diagnoses, and what's weighing on you most right now. The Navigator will ask if you skip something important.
- When you're ready, say "build my roadmap" (or yes when the Navigator offers). It will generate one and take you to it.
- You can come back anytime — the conversation and your profile are saved.
Your roadmap
Every roadmap is a short, ordered list of next steps drawn from the four pillars: Podcast, Library, Providers, and the Marketplace. You can regenerate it anytime from the roadmap page if your situation changes.
Open My Roadmaps to see everything you've built.
Your profile
The Navigator captures profile details silently as you chat — you never have to fill out a form. To review or edit what's saved, open Profile. Changes there feed back into the next roadmap.
Privacy
- Your profile, messages, and roadmaps are private to your account.
- We don't share your data with third parties.
- You can sign out anytime from the top-right menu.
Tips
- Talk to the Navigator like a knowledgeable friend, not a search box.
- It's okay to be vague. Follow-up questions will sharpen things.
- If something feels off, tell it — it adjusts.
